Our Process

Since 2013, we handcraft every bar in small batches with meticulous attention to detail in our San Diego facility. We are a small family business passionate about our craft, starting from ethically sourced, high-quality cocoa beans and transforming them into pure, indulgent chocolate.

Each single origin bar uniquely reflects the flavors and terroir of the region where the cocoa beans are grown. Our meticulous bean-to-bar process highlights these natural flavors without mixing beans from different origins, offering customers a true taste of cacao’s diversity.
